If upon receiving the merchandise you notice that the packaging is damaged and may have suffered some deterioration, you must indicate it on the carrier’s delivery note and then check that the merchandise is in perfect condition. If this is not the case, you should contact us, attaching photos of the item, and we will provide you with instructions for returning the order at your expense for a replacement without any additional cost to you.

Return. If you have purchased a product that you do not like or it is not your size, you can request an exchange for another product or a refund of the product’s price. In both cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please contact us to arrange the return shipping method, then package the merchandise in its original packaging without having been used and send it to the contact address provided on the website. We will not accept any product that has suffered damage to the packaging or the product itself.

The customer has a maximum of 14 days to return the product. After this period, PAPTeam Paramotors is not obligated and does not commit to processing the return.

Manufacturer’s Warranty. All our products come with a two-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. In case of a malfunction, please contact us and we will manage the repair of the product or, if it cannot be repaired, its replacement. Before sending us your item, you must contact us to notify us of the shipment and obtain authorization for the return. Please remember to attach detailed photographs of the item. Package the product in a securely closed package to ensure it does not suffer any damage during transportation. Include a brief description of the issue with the product, as well as a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Important: Any manipulation or repair carried out by unauthorized personnel will invalidate the warranty.

We recommend not removing any protective plastics, if applicable, until you have verified the perfect functioning of your item.
