If upon receiving the merchandise you notice that the packaging is damaged and may have suffered some deterioration, you must indicate this on the carrier’s delivery note and immediately check that the merchandise is in perfect condition. If it is not, you should contact us attaching photos of the item and we will give you instructions to return the order postage due to be replaced by another at no cost to you.
Return
If you have purchased a product that you do not like or is not your size, you can request an exchange for another or a refund of the money for the product. In both cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Contact us to establish the shipping method, then pack the merchandise in its original packaging without having been used and send it to the contact address on the website.
No product that has suffered damage to the packaging or the product itself will be accepted.
The customer has a maximum period of 14 days to return the product. After this period, Propulsion Auxiliar Parapente is not obliged or committed to processing the return. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla or outside the peninsula have additional charges; please inquire before making the return.
If the return is made for items with reference numbers PC03, PC04, PC05, PC06, and PC07, the full amount will not be refunded; instead, 80% of the total invoiced value of the product will be refunded.
Important: Returns and refunds for paramotors will not be accepted. Once the payment for a paramotor order has been made, returns or refunds will not be accepted, even if the paramotor remains in our facilities, is en route to the destination, in customs, or already at the recipient’s address.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All our products enjoy a two-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
In case of malfunction, contact us and we will manage the repair of the product or, if it cannot be repaired, its replacement. Before sending us your item, you must contact us so that we are aware of the shipment and authorize its return. Do not forget to attach detailed photographs of the item. Pack the product in a sealed package and perfectly conditioned so that it does not suffer damage during transport. Include a brief description of what is wrong with the product, as well as a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Important:
Any manipulation or repair carried out by unauthorized personnel will invalidate the warranty.
We recommend not removing the protective plastics, if any, until verifying the perfect functioning of your item.
Incorrect Product
If the delivered product does not match the one requested in the order, you must notify us immediately. Contact us through the contact section of our website and we will process your issue as soon as possible.
