FLY 100 EVO 30-NOV-07

We introduce you in a more detailed way the new engine than we start mounting : the FLY EVO 100 of Vittorazi.

  • The complete engine, including airbox, exhaust and silentblocks weighs 13,8 kgs.
  • The reductor which is a real masterpiece weighs, with oil, only 1600 grs.
  • The piston from ASSO Company, one of best of the market, is graffited and comes with the pins inclined downwards.
  • The carburettor is a Walbro 32 modified by Vittorazi.
  • The pulley of the starter is mechanized and with a large diameter (90mm) which helps for a very easy starting

We now have the new fuel tank 11-nov-07

After having waited for many months, we have the pleasure to present our new fuel tank.   The conditions to achieve this are the following:

  • It had to be watertight with no possible leak for the transport in the car if laid down.
  • The access to the cap had to  be placed on the side to facilitate the filling.
  • The output had to be on the bottom to be able to use all the gasoline, and avoid all those turns on the tube that we had with the output on top.
  • Make a space so that the square tube of 10x20 where it is fixed do not come  out thinking off the pilot's safety.
  • Foresee a space to be able to put the foot on the cage when it is mounted on our smallest cage like our 1250, with the aim to be able to hold the engine well when starting .
  • Continue with 13ltr capacity.
  • With the possibility to mount on existing chassis.

Well all this we have achieved. The cap that we have chosen is made by Acerbis for KTM, and as well as closing perfectly it has a valve incorporated. Hooked on to a silicone tube which is connected to a small main tap which hangs while filling for more comfort and cleaness.

The main tap permits to close the circuit while transporting it lying down, don't forget to open before starting the engine. It can not close by accident as happened with the bicycle valves. If transported standing upwords it is not necessary to close the tap.

As of the colour we have mixed a bit of silver with the white so it do not become ugly with time, as happened with the white which became yellow. This new deposit can be mounted without problems on almost all the old chassis you just have to order the back support as it is different of the ones you have.
When you order you only have to ask if:

  • Just the tank.
  • Tank with support
  • Tank with support and gasoline circuit.
  • Tank with support , gasoline circuit, and breathing  circuit for the cap.

NOTE FROM THE FACTORY 9-NOV-07

As you could note, we took off the delivery time on our Web page having returned at a more normal time of approximately 1 month. During a long time, we have been looking for a solution to reduce the delivery periods and now with 5 welders between our 2 factories we finally can start having frames in stock, which we thought impossible a few months ago. The factory of Barcelona is full output in its new place and we can say that currently they doubled their monthly production.

Regarding the engines, working with 3 different factories which let us have a complete range with the Top 80, Fly Evo 100 and Ros 125, we should not have problems for the next year.

Please apologize us for the delay of deliveries which we had since September due to the fact that we have been without fuel tanks. We worked on the project of the tanks since the beginning of the year and that took more time than was envisaged. As you can imagine it that was a slow and expensive procedure and we could not take the risk to be wrong. We are very satisfied with the final result and we will announce this innovation soon on our Web.


PAP incorporate the Vittorazi Fly Evo 100 7-nov-07

Our aim is to expand our standard range of engines, and after several months of testing, we took the decision to introduce the Vittorazi Fly Evo 100.

Its performance means that it will be positioned between the Top80 and the ROS 125, with 56kg of thrust with a 125cm propeller, it is a quiet engine, with little vibratrion that is well made.

It is already available.


Auction of World Record's Material 8-oct-07

After thinking about what to do with the material used for its extraordinary flight of 1105 kms over the Atlantic Ocean the last April, Ramón Morillas has decided to organize a auction of the paraengine PAP as well as the glider Advance Omega 7.

It is the unique opportunity to get the first paraengine which passed the barrier of the 1.000 kms. Ramón Morillas, as everybody know, is an exceptional pilot passionated by paragliding and know how to benefit from it on the higher level. Ramón is member of the paraglider and paraengine Spanish Team from several years and has several tittles of World Champion. This athlete has also several distance and altitude records.

The departure price is of Euros 4.500.- for the paraengine PAP and of Euros 4.000.- for the glider Advance Omega 7.

HUMANITARIAN AID

Once finalized the auction of the material of the record (paraengine PAP and glider Advance) a 10% of the price of exit and everything which exceeds to the same will be directly destined to the project “GLOBO DE LA ILUSIÓN”.

“GLOBO DE LA ILUSIÓN” is an association of humanitarian aid , in Cordoba , which distributes aids directly to  the children of the Moroccan Atlas. Every year they make one or several trips to bring clothes, medicines or infrastructure aids in the area.

 “GLOBO DE LA ILUSIÓN” is an association of total confidence because they directly send funds to the Moroccan children protagonists of this aid.


INFORMATIVE NOTICE ROS 125 CC. ENGINES

After verifying an increase of the temperature in the motors which work under a full power, and believing opportune to communicate it to its consumers, we invite you to make small modifications to improve the yield and the reliability.

This situation can be improved by increasing the size of the main jet on the WG-8 carburettor from 1.16mm to 1.30mm.

This is a relatively simple operation and can be done by removing the main jet (see photo) and increasing the size of the hole. Increasing the size of the main jet is a common practise and can be carried out either by your dealer or a karting / motorcycle workshop who will also be familiar with this procedure.

Please forgive the inconvenience but believe the reliability of your engines is the most important.
